REDUCTION IN WATER AND SEWER TRUNK FEES AUTHORIZED FOR 2012
In a continued effort to spark development interest, the City Council has extended reduced water trunk fees and sewer trunk fees on any new construction permit for the remainder of 2012. Each fee has been reduced by $1,750, for a total savings of $3,500 off of a new construction building permit.
